The Prenatal Yoga Center brings its unique program to apple seeds. Catering to the needs of the students, this class links yoga postures with breath, helping to bring awareness to the mind and body as well as a connection to your baby. The program, conducted in a calm, peaceful environment will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation and increase overall comfort. Yoga can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy. A safe, open community allows you to freely discuss any issues or concerns, to the wonderful new changes your body and baby are experiencing.
